The ingredient of Mexican layer dip

  1. 1 can refried beans
  2. 300ml sour cream
  3. 1 sachet taco seasoning mix
  4. 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
  5. 2 avocados
  6. 5ml lemon juice
  7. 60g grated Devondale Tasty Cheese Block (500g)
  8. 2 spring onions, chopped
  9. 1 tomato, chopped
  10. Corn chips, to serve

The instruction how to make Mexican layer dip

  1. Into a casserole dish, spread a layer of refried beans.
  2. Mix sour cream and seasoning mix together and spread across the refried bean layer.
  3. Place the cream cheese, avocado and lemon juice in a separate bowl and blend until combined.
  4. Spread over sour cream layer.
  5. Top the avocado mixture with cheese, spring onions and chopped tomato. Serve with corn chips.
