  6. 1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour + more for rolling
  7. 1 teaspoon xanthan or psyillium husk, only add if your flour doesnt already have xanthan
  8. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 cup vegan butter stick, can use regular butter if you dont need this to be dairy free softened
  12. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  13. 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
  14. 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
