The ingredient of Sticky tray-baked pork chops

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 4 thick pork loin chops
  3. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  5. 1 tablespoon honey
  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  7. 1 chopped chilli
  8. 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
  9. 2 cloves crushed garlic

The instruction how to make Sticky tray-baked pork chops

  1. Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chops and cook for 2 minutes each side.
  3. Place chops in an ovenproof dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes.
