The ingredient of Ginger and garlic stir-fried vegetables

  1. Olive oil spray
  2. 2 bunches broccolini, ends trimmed, halved
  3. 1 bunch baby bok choy, halved
  4. 2 medium (about 250g) ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  5. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  6. 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  7. 1 tablespoon fish sauce

The instruction how to make Ginger and garlic stir-fried vegetables

  1. Heat a large wok over medium-high heat. Spray with the olive oil spray. Add the broccolini and bok choy and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp.
  2. Add the tomato, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Add the fish sauce, cover the wok with a lid and steam for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve immediately with the Thai-roasted pork fillet.
