The ingredient of Coffee & Whey Protein Bars

  1. 1 cup oats gluten-free or regular
  2. 1/2 cup whey protein powder vanilla or coffee flavored
  3. 1/4 cup pea vanilla, protein, rice protein or casein protein powder
  4. 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  5. 1/2 tablespoon coffee extract or essence, optional but lovely
  6. 1/2 tablespoon toffee flavdrops, or your sweetener of choice u2013 remember if you get the flavdrops from MyProtein that you can use our eu2026
  7. 1/2 cup brewed coffee freshly-, I used filtered coffee instead of espresso, sorry Ilya, it just works better for the bars!
