  2. 7/8 cup dark chocolate we like to use a mix of around 70% cocoa solids and 50% cocoa solids chocolate
  3. 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 5 1/8 tablespoons plain flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1 1/3 cups caster sugar
  7. 2 eggs beaten
  8. 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate chunks
