  12. 1/2 cup light corn syrup or golden syrup, I used Lyleu2019s Golden Syrup
  13. 1 cup sugar
  14. 4 tablespoons butter cubed, at room temperature
  15. 1 3/16 cups milk chocolate finely chopped, please use good quality chocolate
  16. 5/8 cup cream pure/pouring, or heavy whipping cream in the US, min 35% fat unthickened
